Use

Ideal for bath soaks, bath blends, and body scrubs.

For a bath: dissolve 3–5 tablespoons in warm water and soak for 20 minutes, up to 3 times per week.

For a body scrub: mix 250 g of Epsom salt with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1–2 teaspoons of essential oil (such as peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, rosemary, wintergreen, or lemon eucalyptus). Store in a glass jar and use once a week.
