Product returns


(a) Return of incorrect product

(b) Right of withdrawal
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. Product return is only accepted if the product is in its original condition (has not been used and has not been altered or is in any condition other than its original condition). In any case, the return costs are paid by the customer.
In order to make a product return, it is necessary to follow the procedure described in paragraph (a) above.
In any case, we recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel with the stated value of the actual value of the product, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
(c) Return of defective product
In case of defective products and if the period of 10 days has not passed, they are returned according to the procedure described in paragraph (a).
(d) Order Cancellation.

(e) Refund
