Extracted parts: Fruit peel
Main properties: Antiseptic, anticonvulsant, aromatic. Antidepressant and sedative for the nervous system. Contains extremely large amounts of polyphenols that are believed to stop the production of lipids in the blood, prevent cholesterol absorption, balance blood sugar and stimulate metabolism.
Combines well with: Black Pepper, Clary Sage, Cypress, Geranium, Jasmine, Tangerine, Oregano, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang.
